Dimitris Lampouris is a musicologist, a distinguished graduate of the Historical and Systematic Musicology specialization at the Department of Music Studies of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, a postgraduate student in the Department of Philosophy specializing in the History of Philosophy and Ideas at the same university, and a graduate of the Department of Informatics at the Athens University of Economics and Business. His research interests focus on the philosophy and aesthetics of music—particularly in relation to artificial intelligence—as well as on promoting the work of Greek composers. Since 2024, he has been actively involved in studying the archive of composer Charis Vrontos, both from the perspective of aesthetic analysis of his work and archival cataloging. His studies on Charis Vrontos and Dionysios Visvardis have been published in domestic and international scientific journals.
