Konstantinos Lignos

Composer
He studied at the Hellenic Conservatory, privately with G. A. Papaioannou, and worked at the Hellenic Electronic Music Studio. He pursued postgraduate composition studies at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London. He attended seminars with W. Lutoslawski and H.W. Henze. He has composed music for theatre, film, electro-acoustic pieces, chamber music, piano, solo instruments, orchestra, choral works, music theatre, a stage cantata, a musical, song cycles, and songs. He served as Editor of the Hellenic Composers’ Union magazine, “Polytonon Music.”
